Pre-Insulated Tube
Insulated tube ideally suited to transport hot or cold liquids or gases. It was specifically developed for steam supply and condensate return lines, and is also used as an un-heated sample line. It is pre-insulated with non-hygroscopic glass fiber, complete with a heat reflective foil wrap and a weather-resistant outer jacket. It can be manufactured with a variety of tube materials, wall thicknesses and outer jackets.

The core technology for perlite is in expansion technique. Closed cell type perlite with the best perlite expansion technique, it possesses great insulating performance as the inner diaphragms of its individual particles block heat transfer. Perlite with this technique has a great ability to flow and disperse due to its circular particles, so it is used as fillers in various products.

99% overall water repellency and excellent anti-corrosion makes possible to use insulation for long time and it helps the betterment of durability.
- 99% of overall water repellency performance prevents moisture absorption and decline of insulation performance.
- Outstanding anti-corrosion from containing a lot of corrosion inhibitor ion
Compare to conventional insulation, improved thermal property saves 25% of energy usage. 35% of reduction in weight and thickness reduce cost of steel frame and make more space. Due to these reasons, Hyperlite improves plant's total cost effectiveness.
- 25% less thermal conductivity 0.048W/mK(70°C)
- 35% less weight - Density of 135±10kg/m³
Doesn't carry skin irritants by using non-asbestos eco-friendly material and doesn't produce poisonous gas since it is incombustible material made of material.
Perlite is eco-friendly material that is also used for filter aid of food products.
